Observation log
Week 1–2
Routine reduced to three steps. No adverse response.
All actives and exfoliants withdraw; No stinging on application at any point. Baseline flushing frequency was unchanged this early. Client reported only that her skin felt more hydrated.
Week 4–8
Barrier function recovering. reaction episodes reduced.
The diffuse redness recorded across the cheeks and perinasal area at intake had visibly settled. Skin was measurably more supple and less dry on palpation — consistent with barrier recovery.

Week 8
Week 8–12
The result held with nothing on the skin.
The persistent redness was no longer visible, and skin was appreciably thicker and more resilient on palpation than in week 8. No reactive episode was recorded in this period. Client successfully reintroduced a previously intolerable active at week 12 with no stinging or flushing. Skin without any product is calmer is noticeably firmer.
