    You must provide a written explanation of the exact issues or concerns you experienced and why the product did not meet your expectations.
  6. Complete submission required
    All required information must be submitted before your claim can be reviewed. Incomplete submissions will not qualify for review.

Review Process

Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee approval.

Once all required information is received, our team will review your submission to confirm that it meets the Money-Back Guarantee requirements within 7 business days.

We may deny claims that are incomplete, submitted outside the eligible claim window, missing required photos, missing proof of use, or otherwise do not meet the terms of this policy.


Refund Terms

If your Money-Back Guarantee claim is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds apply to eligible product costs only.
  • Shipping fees, taxes, duties, route protection, gift cards, and other non-product charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Exclusions

  • Duplicate, fraudulent, abusive, or excessive refund claims
  • More than one claim per customer, household, shipping address, or payment method

Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse any Money-Back Guarantee claim if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the claim is fraudulent, abusive, excessive, incomplete, or inconsistent with the intended use of the guarantee.

The Money-Back Guarantee is intended for genuine customers who purchased and used the product but were not satisfied with their results.
