Observation log
Week 1–2
Nothing visible. No reaction.
No change in under-eye tone or skin thickness in the photographs. Applied directly to the orbital area with no stinging, watering or milia at any point
Week 4–8
Under-eye skin measurably thicker. Darkening reduced.
The crepey, tissue-thin texture was noticeably denser on palpation by the week 8 assessment. The blue-grey cast had lightened, consistent with increased skin thickness reducing the visibility of the vasculature beneath. Fine crinkling on smiling was less defined.

Week 8–12
The result held with nothing on the skin.
Dermal thickness was appreciably increased on palpation compared with week 8. The skin was brighter, plumper and better hydrated at both morning and end-of-day appointments. The crepey crinkling was no longer present at rest. The tear-trough hollow and underlying orbital structure were unchanged throughout, as anticipated. Client reported she had stopped wearing concealer to cover the area as she previously had.
